This whole team is on point! I filed a chapter 13 in September of 2020, and made every payment on time. My original payoff was north of $50k and was scheduled to be paid off in 5 years. We were able to increase my payment to get a faster payoff, which accelerated my payoff date to only 3 years! I ended up completing my payoff in just 1.5 years! I was a very needy client and Dawn never made me feel like a bother, even though I know better . I was deployed, married, changed address 4 times, retired, sold a house, and bought a house, all while in the Chapter 13! I'm highly disappointed in this firm. If your thinking of filing bankruptcy I strongly recommend you go with another firm. You hire their team but I question if their working on my behalf, and not favoring the creditors. Jeremiah Hill was my attorney and he's never available once payment are made. Sheri has the worst attitude, she's very snippy, and always use a condescending tone. I wish I'd seek a second opinion, but I had no clue they would offer such horrendous service. What I've experience was an excessive wait times, feeling undervalued, lack of empathy, inability to resolve issues, and extreme rudeness. I pray this save someone the headache, and financial burden.

I unfortunately had to file chapter 13 back in 2020. Gastin and HIll were helpful with the filing process, however after 2.5 years of paying $1200/month I was told there was a "software error" and I would have to pay an additional $800/month. I was unable to afford the increase and asked Gastin and Hill "how I was responsible for a "software error" on their end? They simply stated there was "nothing they could do". I asked if they could ask the court for lower payments because the higher monthly payments would cause me undue financial hardship, but they would not do that, and I was forced to dismiss my bankruptcy case. I filed chapter 13 to try and fix my financial situation and thought I was doing so for 2.5years. Literally days after my case was dismissed in may2023, I was bombarded with calls from my creditors stating that my accounts were 60-120days past due and they would have to repossess my vehicles, etc. I was able to work with one of my creditors for my car and they rescheduled my payment plan, but the other creditors were not able to do this. I am now in the same position, if not worse, than I was in back in 2020 and I am in fear of losing my housing for my family. I thought that by filing chapter 13 and making $1200 monthly payments I was doing the right thing by paying back my debt and fixing my financial problems to better my life and that of my family. However, I was wrong. I am in a worse position now than I was 2.5 years ago.

Amazing waste of time we scheduled an appointment over the phone and I was asked some basic questions. Even though I already told the lady we had a bad situation and I only had equity on my home, the attorney Mr Hill with a attitude of no hope. He never really listened to our position even though his paralegal I assume thought it was really a need to get all our information loaded on their computer. As soon as she told him Before he came in about an issue we had that contributed to our problems a name of someone else he was already to just dismiss us by not even trying to help. We were not trying to blame anyone for our situation but it was disclosed in conversation we his aid. Mr Hill is a very rude and non caring individual, he basically just said for us to suck it up.
