Biography
Jeremiah served as law clerk with Gastin & Hill from 2011 through 2014 while working towards his law degree. He graduated from the University of Miami Law School in 2013 and was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in October 2014 as well as to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia in December 2014. Mr. Gastin is now a partner with the firm and has experience representing clients in both State and Federal Courts, primarily with regards to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. He has helped thousands of consumer debtors achieve financial freedom by helping his clients receive a discharge in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
